I’m currently on a hype to try and motivate myself. After writing my its ok not to be ok post, I’ve decided to spend the next few months focusing on self-care and getting to a good place mentally. I’ve been doing really well at work and I feel it’s so important to celebrate any achievements made to better yourself and become more confident. So, here is my latest personal achievement that yes, I’m super happy about.
Don’t take being proud for bragging. I just wanted to share this achievement and show that, if people are feeling down (or not), by celebrating little wins it helps you achieve a happy, positive life – which lots of us can lack.
Before we get into it, in case you didn’t know I work at Kanuka Digital, formerly known as iWeb where I work as a Digital Marketing Assistant. I mainly create blog content, run social media campaigns, touch on SEO work and help with graphics. It’s actually pretty fun and well, a job’s a job and it pays the bills.
Anyway, recently we’ve had a big client come on board, Tile Giant and so I’ve been tasked with creating various blog content for them. With a bigger client, of course, I was initially wary that I wasn’t going to do a good job but thankfully they love my work. I’ve literally had so much amazing feedback from the Tile Giant marketing managers as well as my managers and even iWeb’s business directors are super pleased with me.
It honestly feels amazing to know that people are happy with my work and it’s giving me the reassurance that I’m good at what I do. Hopefully more great comments to come.
Now you know what it is I do/have done, I thought I’d share some of the exact blog posts I’ve created for Tile Giant below:
Here’s A Quick Preview
But that’s not it. This isn’t yet fully confirmed but I’m going to talk about it anyway… they loved my styling imagery or “mood boards” so much, they’re looking to feature them in their brochures! If in a few months, though it’s most likely mid-next year, you happen to pick up a Tile Giant brochure and these blog images are in there, there’s a high chance they’re mine. (I’m still not over this!)
If there are any achievements you’d like to share, comment below. I honestly think selfcare and being positive is critical to ensure a happy life. Let’s spread selflove together!
