This is probably my favourite healthy life hack, ever. It’s so easy to follow with it being in a countdown format and I honestly love it. Cannot recommend following this enough – though number 2 is pretty hard for me.
If you haven’t already seen, I did a post on 6 herbal teas you should drink and to follow on from that, here are some more herbal tea benefits. I honestly find having herbal teas so good for naturally curing many health-related problems such as common colds, bloating and feeling stressed.
I don’t have time to read in the morning but I’ve implemented the “no snooze”, “stretch”, “breakfast”, “water” and “no phone” habits. I used to always listen to a CD in the morning on the way to work but now I opt for the radio as I actually prefer hearing the presenters talking. Wow.
I used to suffer massively from anxiety and sometimes revert back to those terribly anxious states. However, to help combat my anxiety and keep stress at bay, I use this ‘Stressful Day To-do List’. It works wonders. Sometimes just taking a little bit of time out from your hectic day to breathe and complete a few of the below, can honestly make a huge difference in your happiness.
Who doesn’t want to have stunning, glowy skin? This healthy life hack has helped me to make my skin less spotty, oily and reduce my uneven skin tone.
I understand I’ve probably overloaded you with lots of healthy life hacks to try, so why not opt for one healthy tip a day. Whilst starting out, doing lots of different hacks a day can be overwhelming and for some people, a massive change to their daily routines. You don’t have to use the below tips, even though they’re all great, but perhaps some of the previously suggested life hacks and complete one each day for a week.
Plan out which one you’ll do on each day to keep yourself organised and more likely to complete the tip.
Finally, I’m finishing this post with a pin of 50 healthy habits to give you plenty of ideas to improve your day.
