It’s not abnormal to see lots of women and even men on social media getting cosmetic treatments. From being surrounded by this world, I’ve grown to want multiple cosmetic treatments myself. From a nose job to lip fillers to a hair transplant. I want it all and have many times begun reaching out to salons to inquire about prices and getting an appointment booked in. This blog will tell you why I’ve come to want so many cosmetic treatments and which ones.
Before We Get Into It All…
Ok, so firstly I’ll start by saying how sad I’ve been feeling at the moment. Every time I look in the mirror I think to myself, well if I just changed this and if I just changed that, I’d look so much better. (And, feel so much happier.) Yet, the main reason I want to change my face/body is that I don’t feel I look as good as others. Not that I am trying to compete with people because I’m not. It’s just when I feel shit about myself I compare myself to others and think “well if only I was them”. That’s a terrible way to live, I know. Sadly, no matter how much I try to convince myself that I should be happy and love myself for who I am, I often find it difficult.
Say hello, plastic surgery. 👋🏼
Cosmetic Treatments I Want
I say “the treatments I want”, yet it’s more like “the treatments I feel I need in order to be happy and pretty”, which is ridiculous. Anyway, here they are and why:
I absolutely hate my nose. It is the biggest, most awkward shaped thing ever. If I knew 100% that my nose job wouldn’t go wrong and it’d look great, I’d pay to have this done in an instance. I thought about trying non-surgical rhinoplasty and if that goes okay then I might go for the surgical option. I’m still undecided because I know it will make a massive change to my face so I’m debating whether it’s worth the risk. I can only take photos from one side of my face because my nose makes the other side look diabolical. (If you go through my Instagram you’ll probably start to notice that.)
I feel like most people have started getting lip fillers these days. When I smile my top lip runs off the face of this Earth and is nowhere to be seen. That’s the main reason I want them doing. However, I find that with working all week and not having any clue about good cosmetic practices near to Stoke (I don’t have time to travel all the way to Manchester/Liverpool in the week and just my luck, they don’t always offer services over the weekend), I haven’t had time to book an appointment else I’d be in the #troutpout gang.
My forehead is absolutely massive and my face is shaped like an oblong so I feel if I get jaw filler it’ll correct this. I want to make my face look a little rounder/square at the bottom to stop my forehead looking so massive. If not…
…I’ve looked into hair transplants. I’ve seen many celebrities like those from Towie (James Lock, Mike Hassini and so on) have them and they look great. I think one of the band members of The Saturdays, Michelle, had hers done too.
Apparently, in order to get a great jawline, you need to have chin filler too. So, onto the list it goes!
I’m so sick of seeing lines on my forehead. Every time I put creams or makeup on, I try not to press too hard why applying them. Why? Hopefully, this will stop me from rubbing my skin in weird positions that might make it become “loose”. I just want a tight, chiselled face that doesn’t have massive forehead wrinkles.
Other Treatments I Want
Now the below list isn’t in the exact realms of fillers and injections but other treatments I also want to improve my body:
- Cellulite Reduction – I’ve seen lots of celebrities have treatment on their legs and bum to help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Gimme a bit of that.
- Laser Hair Removal – Shaving is so tedious. Regardless of being at the bottom of my list, if I knew a good salon (hit me up if you do), I’d get this done tomorrow.
I’m not in anyway promoting having all of these cosmetic treatments done. I’m simply voicing something that has been on my mind for a while now.
